Publication Ethics

Kazspire is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. All parties involved in the publishing process—authors, reviewers, and editors—are expected to uphold ethical principles to ensure transparency, fairness, and credibility in scholarly publishing.

Responsibilities of Authors

  • Authors must submit only original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Any data, text, or ideas borrowed from other sources must be properly cited and referenced.
  • All authors should have made a significant contribution to the research and approve the final version before submission.
  • Any conflict of interest, financial or otherwise, must be disclosed in the manuscript.
  • Research involving human participants or animals must include an ethics approval statement and confirmation of informed consent.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
  • They must maintain confidentiality and refrain from sharing or using unpublished material for personal advantage.
  • Reviewers should identify any potential conflict of interest and notify the editorial team immediately.

Responsibilities of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based solely on the academic merit of the submission.
  • They must ensure a fair, transparent, and timely peer review process.
  • Editors should maintain confidentiality and prevent conflicts of interest from influencing editorial decisions.
  • In cases of suspected misconduct, editors will investigate in line with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

Plagiarism and Misconduct

  • The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate publication.
  • Submissions found to contain unethical practices will be rejected or retracted immediately.
  • Authors may be asked to provide raw data or supporting information to verify authenticity.

Ethical Compliance

Kazspire follows the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All stakeholders are expected to adhere to these standards to promote integrity, transparency, and academic honesty throughout the publication process.
