Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth submission and review process.
1. Manuscript Preparation
- Submit files in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Use Times New Roman, 12-pt font, 1.5 line spacing, and 2.5 cm margins.
- Include: Title Page, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords (3–6), Introduction, Methodology, Results/Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), and References.
- Number all pages and include line numbers.
- Embed figures/tables in the manuscript and also provide them as separate high-resolution files (JPEG/PNG/TIFF) with captions.
2. Title Page (Separate File)
- Provide manuscript title and full author names.
- For each author, include institutional affiliation and email address.
- Indicate corresponding author with postal address and telephone number.
- Include a short (1–2 line) biographical note and ORCID iDs if available.
3. Formatting & Style
- Use consistent heading hierarchy (e.g., Level 1 = bold; Level 2 = italics).
- Follow APA 7th edition reference style.
- Use SI units; report statistics clearly and include ethical approval numbers where relevant.
4. Abstract & Keywords
- Abstract should be 150–250 words, self-contained, and include background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Provide 3–6 keywords for indexing and discoverability.
5. Ethics & Research Integrity
- Include ethics committee approval and statement of informed consent for human/animal studies.
- Disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.
- Unethical practices (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, undeclared conflicts) will result in rejection.
6. Plagiarism Policy
- Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Similarity above 10% (excluding references/common phrases) may lead to rejection.
- Authors should check and retain a similarity report before submission.
7. Authorship & Contributions
- All listed authors must have made substantial contributions and approve the final manuscript.
- Include an author contribution statement specifying each author’s role.
- Acknowledge anyone who assisted but does not meet authorship criteria.
8. Submission Process
- Submit via the online submission portal or email to editor@kazspire.in.
- Include: manuscript file, separate title page, cover letter, and any supplementary materials.
9. Peer Review
- Double-blind peer review process.
- Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution.
- Possible editorial decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
10. Revision & Acceptance
- Submit tracked-changes version and point-by-point response during revision.
- Final acceptance upon satisfactory revision and checks.
- Authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.
11. Copyright & Licensing
- Authors must complete a copyright transfer or license agreement upon acceptance.
- Published work is made available under open-access (Creative Commons license details shared on acceptance).
12. Publication Charges & Waivers
- Article processing or optional fees (e.g., color figures, fast-track) will be communicated clearly.
- Fee waivers or reductions may be available for eligible authors upon request.
13. Data Availability & Supplementary Materials
- Authors are encouraged to share data/code where possible.
- Include a data availability statement.
- Supplementary files (datasets, appendices, multimedia) may be published alongside the article.
